The cottage lies in the village of Lochearnhead within the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. There is parking for 2 cars. There are 2 hotels within a 200 metre stroll. Within a further 500 metres there is; a watersports and activities centre, a cafe serving breakfast, lunch and evening meals, a Post office open 7 days with a cash machine and that sells maps and fishing permits, a village shop for essential groceries. This is an excellent area for Golf, Cycling , Walking, Munro climbing, fishing, watersports, birdwatching, wildlife, flora and fauna, history, folklore and total relaxation. Loch Earn is the most central Loch in Scotland positioned where west Perthshire meets the central belt, The Trossachs and the foot of the Highlands. This means easy access to all of the major towns, cities, villages, seaside and tourist attractions in any direction. This little jewel of a cottage with its breathtaking views and facilities gets snapped up very quickly and advanced booking is highly recommended.
